Facial Creams
Facial creams are not transparent like their gel counterparts. They are typically thicker in texture and have white to off-white colors. Creams do take longer to absorb, but that is what you want if you have dry or wisdom skin. The slow absorption and thickness of creams adds and retains moisture in the skin which is vital for these skin types.
Choosing between a cream and a gel product for your face is ultimately your
