Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment in order to check-in with reception, fill out any paperwork if necessary, and prepare for your service. To ensure you will receive your preferred provider, we recommend scheduling your next visit with reception prior to leaving. In booking your appointment with us, a credit card number may be necessary in order to reserve your appointment.
We maintain a 24-hour cancellation policy for all services. This is so that we may have ample time to fill the appointment time should you need to cancel your service. Appointments that are cancelled less than 24 hours prior will result in a charge that is 50% of the cost of the scheduled service(s). “No-shows” are also subject to 50% of the cost of the scheduled service(s).

All credit card information is confidential and secure.
Products purchased at the salon or by mail may be returned for store credit within 15 days from the date of purchase, when accompanied by a receipt. Only products that are returned in the same condition as when purchased (including the item itself and packaging) will be accepted for store credit. There are no cash refunds, although a store credit may be applied to either products or services. Note: We do not offer refunds for personal blends products.
GIFT CERTIFICATE POLICY
Use of The Best Body Co. gift certificate constitutes acceptance of these terms.
- Gift certificates are valid at The Best Body Co. only for all products and services available.
- Copies of gift certificates are not acceptable.
- The Best Body Co. is not responsible for lost or stolen gift certificates.
- All gift certificates are non-refundable.
- Gift certificates are not redeemable for cash.
- For packages or combined services, gift certificates must be redeemed by one guest in one booking.
- Prices are subject to change with notice, so please confirm prices when booking, as there may exist a balance on your certificate.
OUR SERVICE GUARANTEE
We make every attempt to ensure that you are satisfied with your experience at our salon. In the event that you are not completely satisfied, please let us know within 48 hours. We will be happy to schedule a corrective service within two weeks of your original appointment date. There are no money refunds for any service provided.
Our concerns are for the safety of your children.
Only those receiving services may be present in the service areas. Young children in carriers/strollers may not be placed near the service areas or held in the lap. When bringing young children into the salon, please provide supervision for them in the form of a friend, spouse or older child. Older children, capable of sitting quietly and unsupervised, may wait in the seating area.
We want the services you receive at The Best Body Co. to be a relaxing and rejuvenating experience for you.
To help reduce congestion in the service areas, we ask that friends and family of clients wait comfortably in the seating area.
