Information collected from this site is only used if we need to contact you for further information regarding your appointment or order.

We greatly appreciate your cooperation in providing us with your contact information.

APPOINTMENTS

Please arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment in order to check-in with reception, fill out any paperwork if necessary, and prepare for your service. To ensure you will receive your preferred provider, we recommend scheduling your next visit with reception prior to leaving. In booking your appointment with us, a credit card or gift card number may be necessary in order to reserve your appointment.  Some service reservations may require a $50.00 deposit.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Your time is very important to our BBCo Aveda team of professionals. We reserve your service time just for you, however you should need to change or cancel your appointment we maintain a 24-hour cancellation policy for all services. This is so that our team may able to adjust their schedules and have ample time to accommodate other guests waiting to fill the time.
 
Appointments that are cancelled less than 24 hours prior will result in a $50.00 charge.
 
As a courtesy our online concierge will text (or email) 48 hours before your service.  If we did not receive an online confirmation, we will phone and leave a message. If we are unable to reach you at all, please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times to avoid cancellation fee.  You are always welcome to call and double check those appointments if you are unsure.

All credit card information is confidential and secure.

RETURN POLICY

Only products that are returned in the same condition as when purchased (including the item itself and packaging) will be accepted for a cash (credit card)refunds. Products purchased at the salon or by mail may be returned within 15 days from the date of purchase, with 3/4 remaining and when accompanied by a receipt for store credit.  A store credit may be applied to either products or services.

Note: We do not offer refunds for used full liters or personal blends products.

GIFT CERTIFICATE POLICY

Use of The Best Body Co. gift certificate constitutes acceptance of these terms.

  • Gift certificates are valid at The Best Body Co. for all products or services available.
  • All gift certificates are non-refundable.
  • Gift certificates are not redeemable for cash.
  • Prices are subject to change with notice, so please confirm prices when booking, as there may exist a balance on your certificate.

OUR SERVICE GUARANTEE

We make every attempt to ensure that you are satisfied with your experience at our salon. In the event that you are not completely satisfied, please let us know within 5 days.  Often we recommend Aveda repair services or home care products to maintain the integrity of your hair.
We will be happy to schedule a corrective service within two weeks of your original appointment date. There are no money refunds for any service provided.

CHILD SAFETY

Our concerns are for the safety of your children as we also perform chemical services.  Only those receiving services may be present in the service areas. Young children in carriers/strollers may not be placed near the service areas or held in the lap. When bringing young children into the salon, please provide supervision for them in the form of a friend, spouse or older child. Older children, capable of sitting quietly and unsupervised, may wait in the seating area.  To help reduce congestion in the service areas, we ask that friends and family of clients wait comfortably in the seating area.
