Appointments
We appreciate you observing your scheduled appointment time to ensure that you, as well as the rest of our guests, may enjoy your full spa services. Please arrive at least 5 to 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment in order to check in with reception, fill out any paperwork if necessary, and prepare for your service. To ensure you will receive your preferred therapist, we recommend scheduling your next visit with reception prior to leaving the spa. In booking your appointment with us, a credit card number may be necessary in order to reserve your appointment.
Couples and group bookings are welcomed. In addition, we also provide arrangements for the comfort of our handicapped or pregnant guests. In the event that you need special accommodations, please let our staff know immediately how we may best assist you. Our “MaSpa” has become increasingly popular, however not all of our clinicians are trained in prenatal therapies. Please let the receptionist know how many weeks pregnant you are when booking your appointment.
Cancellations
Should you need to cancel or change your appointment date or time for any reason, we kindly request 24 hours notice. In the event that we do not receive this notice, you will be billed at 50% of the service as a late cancellation fee.
Gratuities
Tipping is always left to the preference of the guest. Gratuities may be left in the form of cash or check for the technician in tip envelopes at our reception desk. We will also process gratuities on credit cards for guest convenience.
Quiet Zone
For the peaceful enjoyment and relaxation of all our guests, we ask that you turn off all electronic devices when entering our “Quiet Zone”. If it becomes necessary that you make or receive a call, please speak softly and keep the call to a minimum. A phone is available in the lobby should you need to make a call. Please recognize that making or accepting a phone call may limit your treatment time.
Gift Certificates
Gift certificates may be purchased in the spa, over the phone, or online, and may be sent directly to the purchaser or to the recipient for a small fee. If preferred, a gratuity may be included. Gift certificates are redeemable for services only and must be presented at the time of your appointment. Gift certificate may not be redeemed for cash, nor may they be used in conjunction with any other discount or promotion.
For packages or combined services, gift certificates must be redeemed by one guest in one booking.
The Best Body Co. is not responsible for lost or stolen gift certificates. Our gift certificates are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase; after the initial 6 months, the value of the certificate is reduced by 50%; 12 months after the expiration date the gift certificates is no longer valid.
Prices are subject to change with notice, so please confirm prices when booking as there may exist a balance on your certificate.
Children
While we gladly service children, we do not offer special pricing for spa, however, Children under the age of 12 may be eligible to recieve special pricing in our salon. Please be conscious that The Best Body Co. is an adult facility. Children under the age of 18 must have an adult or legal guardian’s signature to receive services. We ask that children do not accompany adults during services, nor be left unaccompanied in the experience center during services. Also, if it is necessary for an adult to remain with a child in them experience center, the noise level must be kept to a minimum as a courtesy to our guests.
For Your Comfort
For your safety, we request that you disclose any medical conditions and/or prescriptions prior to any services received as some may be contra-indicated. Examples include: high blood pressure, pregnancy, diabetes, thyroid imbalances, heart conditions, claustrophobia, injuries, or allergies and could contra-indicated for aromatherapy steams, hot stones, body wraps, etc.
Our spa has a high commitment to hygiene, safety, and cleanliness and we sterilize and sanitize equipment for all services and treatments. We provide robes, slippers, and towels to those guests needing them and shower facilities are also available. For these reasons, our clinic is smoke-free.
We regret that we cannot be liable for the loss or damage of personal articles. Please keep valuables with you during your appointment. To protect your clothing, sarong’s or robes are provided for certain treatments.
The confidentiality of our clientele is of utmost importance. Communication of personal information between you and our Best Body Co. team is necessary in order to perform the services best-suited for your health and wellness needs. Please rest assured that any personal or sensitive information that has been shared with members of our team will be held in confidence and your privacy protected at all times.
In order to get the most out of your spa experience here at The Best Body Company, we encourage communication between you and our staff. Please notify reception so they may accommodate special needs or requests. Advise your therapist of any discomfort or areas you would like more focus on. This is your time to relax and rejuvenate your mind and body!
