Jennifer Van Horn is a health instructor for Tidewater Community College, Virginia Beach. She has counseled in the Hampton Roads area with groups of women for over seven years providing nutritional care for health and fitness along with a manageable philosophy to reach and maintain a healthy weight, muscle tone and energy level. She also facilitates wellness plans for individuals and families regarding optimal energy levels, weight loss and overall health. She has helped families with high energy children supervise and control attitudes and behaviors with proper nutrition.
